ONE. GENERAL ASPECTS
1.1 www.ahlabuy.net (hereinafter referred to as the SITE) shall regulate the online ordering service of Ahlabuy LLC and all related relationships.
1.2 www.ahlabuy.net shall provide commercial brokerage services such as purchasing, shipping, and delivering products selected by the user from suppliers of online stores such as Taobao.com, Tmall.com, and 1688.com located in China.
1.3 The SITE and the customer shall jointly monitor the implementation of these regulations.
TWO. WEBSITE USERS AND MEMBERSHIP
2.1 www.ahlabuy.net has membership. Citizens and foreign citizens who are 18 years of age or older and have civil capacity can become members.
2.2 The user can register as a member on the website, log in with a Facebook account, Google account, or phone number.
2.3 The organization has the right to verify the integrity and accuracy of the member’s personal information. Any information provided by the user is subject to personal confidentiality and the organization is fully responsible for its confidentiality.
2.4 The user is fully responsible for the accuracy and reality of the information provided. If the user intentionally provides false information or accidentally provides incomplete information, the user will bear all the responsibility arising from this.
2.5 One user who creates a membership account has the right to become a member with only one email address. The registered email address cannot be registered again.
2.6 Once the user registers and becomes a member of the site, the account will be created. The account includes personal information, the user’s order history, saved products, and wallets in stores and on the site.
THREE. ORDER
3.1 www.ahlabuy.net purchases and ships products ordered by users from suppliers of online stores operating in China, such as Taobao.com, Tmall.com, 1688.com.
3.2 The ordering service is provided through the www.ahlabuy.net online shopping website and in person at the office. The entire process from the user’s order to purchase, shipping, payment, and delivery of the goods is managed by this system.
3.3 The order price is approved by the user and confirmed within 24 hours after payment is made. The order is automatically sent when the payment is confirmed. The Chinese store receives the order and sends a response within 12-76 hours after the order is sent. After the user pays, the user can go to the My Orders section on the site to check the order status (whether the order has been placed or canceled, the location of the goods and whether it has arrived).
3.4 The order will be delivered to the destination country within ………. days.
FOUR. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 The order price is calculated by the site’s order system.
4.2 The product prices on the website do not include shipping costs. You will pay the shipping costs after the product arrives at the destination area and you receive the goods.
4.3 The shipping cost may vary depending on the actual weight of the goods arriving in Target Areas. These include: Price of the Goods
in China Price of delivery of the goods to the city of EREAN In Target Areas: Shipping costs from China to Target Areas (shipping costs are calculated separately for each store, and for goods up to 1 kg, 0$ is charged, and for more than 1900$ per kg, 700 yuan per cubic meter is charged for bulky goods) Target Areas customs duties 4.3 The User can view the shipping costs in detail in the My Orders section of the SITE. 4.4 The User considers the order to be confirmed by paying 100% of the order price and makes the purchase within the period specified in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Procedure. 4.5 The price of the order will be automatically calculated in MNT (Target Areascurrency), and the system will convert it to CNY (yuan) at the current exchange rate. 4.6 Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
FIVE. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY
5.1 Transportation consists of 2 main stages: delivery in China and transportation from China to Target Areas.
5.2 Delivery in China is fully responsible for the supplier’s domestic delivery service used by the store or supplier.
5.3 The goods will be delivered to the warehouse of Ahlabuy LLC in China and will reach the customer within 1-3 days after being shipped to Target Areas.
5.4 When placing an order, the customer must carefully inspect the goods and check for damage before signing and accepting them. The SITE is not responsible for any damage or other issues that occur after the customer receives the goods.
5.6 The price of the goods on the website does not include transportation costs. You will pay the transportation costs after your goods arrive in Target Areas. The transportation costs from Ereen to Ub are calculated separately for each batch of goods, and the first kg is 0$, and the next kg is 4000$. After the goods arrive at UB, the transportation costs are calculated by calculating the kg (for bulky goods, the cost is 1,000 yuan per cubic meter).
SIX. DELIVERY
6.1 The SITE will provide delivery services for ordered goods in Target Areas city and rural areas in accordance with the wishes of the user.
6.2 The user will be notified whether to receive the delivery service after the order arrives in UB, and the delivery price will be determined depending on the location of the delivery location and will be added to the transportation cost.
6.3 Delivery services in Target Areas city will be provided at a regional price tariff.
6.4 Local delivery will be provided in cooperation with intercity transportation service organizations.
SEVEN. RETURNS
7.1 In accordance with the return period and rules of the store or supplier in China, goods that have arrived in Target Areas(incorrect size, color, malfunction, expired shelf life, damaged during transportation) may be returned at the request of the consumer, and the time the goods arrive at the store or supplier in China must be included in the period specified in the return period of the store.
7.2 All costs related to the return of the goods, including shipping and fines, shall be borne by the consumer who made the request.
7.3 Shipping, service fees, and other costs incurred in returning the goods are non-refundable and will be refunded to the consumer in full by the supplier, minus the costs that may be charged to the supplier from the basic price of the goods.
7.4 Electronic goods larger than 50x50x50cm cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received in good condition.
7.5 The shipping fee for returned goods is twice as high as the shipping cost from China and consists of two parts: transportation from Target Areas to Ereen, China, and transportation within China from Ereen to the store of the goods.
EIGHT. PROHIBITED AND SPECIALLY PERMITTED GOODS
8.1 Orders for all types of goods included in the list of products prohibited from being transported through customs will not be accepted. For example:
Firearms, firearms, explosives and radioactive substances, flammable substances, and other devices that may pose a threat to the environment;
Harmful plants and animals;
Narcotics, narcotics or toxic substances;
Target Areas and foreign currencies, unless otherwise provided by law;
Perishable food products;
Publications, literature, pictures, films, video recordings, and other materials promoting pornography;
Other items prohibited by law
8.2 In the case of ordering goods that require a special license, the user may complete the process up to Target Areas customs through the SITE if he has a special license for the product.
ES. ORDERING FOR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
9.1 You can participate in all types of discounts offered by online stores, and the discount period must be included in the purchase period specified in clause 2.4.
9.2 Sales with coupons from a guaranteed source will be carried out in accordance with the store’s regulations.
TEN. RESPONSIBILITY
10.1 The products selected by the user are products of stores and suppliers in China that are not affiliated with the SITE, so the SITE is not responsible for their quality or other parameters.
10.2 The user is fully responsible for issues related to the reliability of the store, the selection of products, and the quality of the products .
10.3 It is prohibited to place orders at the SITE’s branch address in China. The SITE is not responsible for orders placed without permission.
ELEVEN. OTHER
11.1 In the event that the ordered product is sold out or the order is canceled in any way (the product stock runs out, the store has a minimum or maximum order limit or refuses to send a small number of products to Yerevan, charges shipping costs, or the store must send the product within 76 hours according to the regulations, but it has not been sent for a long time, or even if it has been sent, it is lost in Chinese cargo), the user can replace the order with another product, pay an additional fee, or cancel the order for the product and get a 100% refund.
11.2 In the event of cancellation of the order, the total price of the order minus the price of the finished product will be considered.
11.3 In the event that the product is sold out but the product is notified that it will arrive at the online store after a certain period of time, the user’s request will be decided whether to continue the purchase.
